Expertly Services

The Services enable you to, among other functions, create and manage actions or commands between various third-party applications. To link third-party applications, you need an account with each application you intend to integrate, and the Services will require authentication for each connection. We securely store authentication tokens or credentials (if required) using industry-standard encryption. These credentials are used solely to maintain active integrations with third-party applications and are not used for any other purpose. When the Services are activated, the connected third-party applications will grant us access to the relevant information you have provided to them. During integration, we will collect only the data necessary to enable access and execute the specified actions or commands. Information exchanged between third-party applications will occur as needed for functionality. We are not responsible for how any third-party application collects, manages, uses, retains, or discloses your data. Their data practices are governed by their respective privacy policies. While we facilitate integrations, we are not responsible for the data handling practices of third-party applications. Their privacy policies govern how they collect and use your data. We disclaim liability for any issues arising from third-party services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Services may be used to collect, process, or transmit personal information, including on behalf of third parties. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have a valid legal basis (such as user consent, contractual necessity, or another lawful purpose) for processing any personal data through the Services or integrations.
If you use the Services as part of an organization, that organization is the controller of your data and determines how your information is handled. In such cases, your organization’s privacy policy—not Expertly’s—governs how your personal information is used. Expertly acts as a processor and provides tools for your organization to manage data. If you have questions about how your data is handled, please contact your account administrator.
We may provide options for you or your account administrator to delete or export data through available account settings or by request. However, not all data may be eligible for export or deletion, and certain data may be retained as required by law, for compliance purposes, or to support the integrity and security of the Services.
Please note that deleted data may continue to exist in encrypted backups maintained for business continuity, disaster recovery, or data integrity purposes. Backup data is stored using appropriate security measures and is not actively used or restored except in the event of system failure, data corruption, or legal obligation. It is purged in accordance with our internal retention policies.
