If you reside in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), grants you specific rights concerning how we handle your personal information concerning how we handle your personal information. These rights do not extend to data exempt from the CCPA, such as aggregated data, job applicant details, or business-to-business communications regarding products or services. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under California law. Therefore, a ‘Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information’ link is not provided on the Site.

However, when we collect data for our own purposes—such as when you visit our Site, engage with our marketing efforts, or become one of our customers—we do not act as a service provider.
