Our customers and partners depend on Expertly Services to automate essential business processes. To maintain consistent reliability and trust, all users—including customers, partners, developers, and other authorized parties—must access and use Expertly Services responsibly. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone using our platform or related services.
Security violations and network abuse
Do not access or use Expertly Services in ways that:
- Service Disruption: Negatively impact the availability of our Services or Third-Party services.
- Denial of Service: Cause or increase the risk of a denial of service attack against our platform or Third-Party services.
- Security Bypass: This includes vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, reverse-engineering, scraping, circumventing access controls, or attempting to discover source code or non-public functionality, whether for competitive purposes or otherwise, without written authorization.
- Security Threats: Create any risk to the security or operation of Expertly, its Services, or a Third Party.
- Malicious Activities: Launch or support cyber attacks of any type.
- Automated Abuse: Do not use automated tools or scripts to access or use Expertly Services in ways that violate rate limits, overload systems, or bypass intended usage constraints (e.g., UI restrictions, API quotas).
Wrongful Use
Avoid using Expertly Services in ways that:
- False Engagement: Fabricate or distribute fake engagement, reviews, or similar content.
- Multiple Accounts: Create multiple Expertly accounts to bypass system or service limitations.
- Spamming: Send unsolicited messages or communications in violation of legal requirements.
- Intellectual Property Violations: Use, distribute, or misappropriate intellectual property without proper authorization.
- Misrepresentation: Do not impersonate individuals or organizations, conduct phishing or spoofing attacks, or misrepresent the origin of content or communications. Temporary, disposable, or anonymized email addresses may not be used for account creation or ongoing access.
- Third-Party Terms Violations: Use Services primarily to breach or bypass Third-Party terms or restrictions.
Illegal, harmful, or hateful content or activities
Do not access or use Expertly Services in ways that involve:
- Illegal or Fraudulent Activity: Breaching legal obligations or facilitating unlawful actions.
- Violence: Supporting or enabling physical harm or property damage.
- Exploitation of Minors: Inappropriately using minors' likeness, images, or recordings.
- Doxing: Collecting, sharing, or exposing personal data without consent, risking harassment or identity theft.
- Hateful Content: Promoting harassment, abuse, or discrimination based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, religious beliefs, disability, or immigration status.
Promotion of hateful content
You may not use Expertly Services if your organization or public affiliations advocate, promote, or engage in discrimination, violence, or harassment based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or immigration status.
Violation of this policy
Violations of this policy may result in an investigation and possible action. Responses may include:
- Notice and Resolution Request: We may reach out, requesting corrective actions.
- Account Suspension or Termination: We may suspend or terminate your Expertly account, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice, based on the severity of the violation.

Definitions used in this policy:
- “Expertly” means Expertly, LLC and its affiliated entities.
- “Services” means the Expertly cloud-based products, including the Expertly platform, related tools, APIs, applications and services.
- “Third Party” means Expertly customers, developers, experts, integration and application partners
Modifications to Acceptable Use Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of Expertly Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Services.
